Clark: Kosovo on its independence path
Kosovo daily Lajm carries an interview with the former NATO Commander,
General Wesley Clark.
Negotiations will be a process that will challenge all the people of Kosovo,
because they should provide guarantees that will convince the international
community and especially the European Union that the Serb minority in Kosovo
will have its rights protected, said Clark according to the paper.
Clark further said he believes that the process over the 12 coming months will be
long and difficult and will result in achieving a path that will lead to the
independence of Kosovo. I think what will happen is that it will be a political
process that will place Kosovo on its path to independence.
