FOCUS News Agency

The Hague. Bosnia and Herzegovina representative showed International Criminal Court in The Hague a video recording on which Vojislav Kostunica is seen together with Bosnian Serbs in Sarajevo outskirts, Serbian radio station B92 informs.

On the recording Kostunica is seen watching the city through binoculars and monitoring the positions of the Bosnian Serbs. After that the camera shows his statement that “he has assured himself of the decisiveness of the Serbian fighters not to retreat”.

The tape also contains the statement of the present Serbian Prime Minister and former leader of the Democratic Party that “it can also be seen from this spot where Serbia’s future borders should be”.
One of Serbia and Montenegro lawyers said the shots were of interest to the media but they had no value as evidence.
