Oliver Ivanovic thinking of joining Çeku’s Government

Dailies cover the meeting that UNMIK chief Søren Jessen-Petersen had with
SLKM leader Oliver Ivanovic. The focus of the daily press rests on Ivanovic’s
possible joining the new government.

“We don’t want to make hasty decisions. This is not the first case when we
thought about joining the Kosovo Government and it won’t be the last,” Ivanovic
was quoted as saying. “Based on Çeku’s latest statement, one can see that he
won’t tolerate incapable ministers in his cabinet. This is what he said and let us see
if he stays true to his word.”

Under the headline Oliver returns, Express reports that Ivanovic has not ruled out
the possibility of joining the Government. But he insists that there is no room for
Slavisa Petkovic[current Serb minister in the Kosovo government] there.
